The manual LouvoMatic has been especially designed for the smaller production unit. Complete with fabric bracket, fabric guide and end stop pin, the Louvo Matic is ready to be bolted into a bench. At one press of the foot pedal the Louvo Matic will produce one complete louver - creased, punched and cut.

It has been designed with minimal maintenance in mind, The solid guillotine blade can be easily removed for regrinding and refitting. The stripper plate will ensure that the fabric passes easily through the machine.

The LouvoMatic comes complete with a 13 mm round punch, but a 13 mm square punch is also available. We have designed the manual Louvo Matic carefully, when you are ready to increase output, the head of the machine can be re-built into our standard automatic chassis.

The LouvoMatic has been designed as a result of listening to our customers needs. Within minutes of switching on the machine accurate and consistent louvers can be produced. The easy to use keypad has a menu system which will work in metric or imperial measurements.

Slopping blinds will present no problem as there is a standard built-in program which calculates the dimensions from inputting the longest length, shortest length and number of louvers.

The standard LouvoMatic has an ergonomically designed output table with inspection light. But alternatively an automatic stacker is available. The LouvoMatic can also be purchased as a free standing unit to put next to your workbench. Other standard features include full guards, and emergency stop. Also a 13 mm square punch is available.
